1) How do I request a quote?
First, you will need to choose one of the three offered plans: LIGHT, STANDARD or BUSINESS. After signing up, with the login and password provided by Container4All, you will be ready to request your freight quotes. Just fill in the required fields, providing as much information as possible.
2) What is the difference between the LIGHT and BUSINESS plans?
With the LIGHT plan, you have a limit of up to 10 quotes per month, you have 1 user and can nominate up to 3 partners/suppliers who will receive the quote requests. It’s indicated for small and medium-sized companies starting their international logistics operations.
In the STANDARD plan, you have a limit of up to 30 quotes per month, you have 2 users and can nominate up to 5 partners/suppliers who will receive the quote requests. It’s indicated for medium-sized companies with a substantial international logistics flow.
In the BUSINESS plan, you can request unlimited per month, nominate up to 50 partners/suppliers to receive the quote requests, and in addition, you will have access to specialized and highly trusted suppliers recommended by Container4All according to your needs. It is indicated for companies that have a steady international logistics flow and/or need guidance about the suppliers that are suitable for their needs.
3) Which suppliers will receive my quotes?
The suppliers you nominate, and if you choose the BUSINESS plan, in addition to your suppliers, the quotes will also be sent to suppliers specialized in your type of cargo, route, urgency, etc. We conduct a careful analysis of your needs and evaluate which suppliers are best suited to meet your requirements.
4) What is the main advantage of using the Container4All quotation platform?
Instead of sending out numerous emails requesting freight quotes from suppliers who will respond in various formats, you will send a single request that will reach a large group of suppliers all at once, with all required to respond in the same format. This will simplify your analysis and represent a significant time-saving for your team.
5) Can suppliers see each other's quotes?
No, only you will have access to view the submitted quotes.
6) What is the purpose of the “Reply until” field in the quotation form?
In this field, you will set the deadline date and time by which you need to receive the quotes. Once this deadline has passed, no supplier will be able to submit a quote.
7) How do I choose one of the quotes?
We will indicate which quote is the most competitive; however, you have the freedom to choose the quote you find most convenient.
8) Once I’ve chosen a quote, what’s the next step?
You will be in touch with the supplier through a Telegram group in which you two can discuss the shipment details and arrangement.
9) What if I need additional information in the quotes beyond what is already included in the fields to be filled out?
You can use the “Other information” field and/or attach a document.
10) What if there is a required field that I don’t know how to fill out?
